On the Saturday just gone some of the team headed out to sunny Chester in Cheshire for a day of beer sampling and food.
After a successful start to the calendar year for Ixis we decided to treat ourselves by having an outing in the city of Chester. Our aim was to hit some of the pubs on the Ale trail and sprinkle in a few of our own preferences, we started off in Kash Taprooms and then moved on through the city going from pub to pub.
One of the pubs that we went to was the Pied Bull, here we enjoyed some real ale that is actually brewed in Warrington.
The full list of pubs that we made it to are;
- Kash Taprooms
- Pied Bull
- Telfords Warehouse
- The architect
- Bear and Billet
- The Cellar
Our last stop was to enjoy some Teppanyaki food at Siam Teppanyaki. Here we enjoyed a variety of different Teppanyaki including some very tasty monkfish!
