No doubt you’re aware that steps to mitigate and contain the spread of COVID-19 are affecting the daily operations of many businesses. We know that our operations affect your own, so we want to share information about the steps we are taking to continue providing our services.
We have had a robust Business Continuity plan designed, implemented and tested as part of our ISO 9001 Quality and 27001 Information Security certification for over 3 years now, and as you can imagine being a Cloud Services company, we use cloud technology to deliver this. After the address from the Prime Minister on the 16th March 2020, we invoked a part of the plan relating to remote working, to keep our staff safe to deliver your services.
Our Support, Development, and Hosting services will be unaffected, and able to provide exactly the same services and responsiveness whether working remotely or at an Ixis office. We actively test these capabilities as part of our standard business continuity planning on a weekly basis. Sales and Invoicing departments will also be unaffected.
To be clear there will be no impact on customers in terms of our ability to perform contracted work.
We will keep monitoring any changes in relation to Warrington, Manchester and Government advice and we will update you of any internal changes that are of relevance.
Like many other companies, we have suspended all employee travel—international and domestic—and cancelled promoting, exhibiting, attending or otherwise participating at any events. Our team members will only conduct internal and external meetings via video and telephone conference.
The organiser of any meetings that are booked in already will be in touch to clarify the arrangements regarding them.
