We are pleased to introduce Mohammed, he is our newest member of the team to join our support service desk. As the team continues to expand, due to the CTI Group's growing success, we’re excited to see Mohammed pass his probation.
The Service Desk Analyst role means liaising with clients and working on their support tickets with them on a day to day basis.
In his spare time, he’s a keen technical wiz, taking PC’s apart and fixing them back up. Quite literally learning from the inside, out!
Mohammed has settled well in with the team and we are pleased to welcome him on board. He plays a key part in our continuing growth, bringing with him a wealth of experience in support, previously working as a technical support analyst and customer service advisor. He’s most keen to build up his portfolio of knowledge and expand on his skillset. Mohammed has already proven his keen hunger to learn, recently passing his foundation ITIL exam!
Mohammed has a customer-first driven approach and understands the problems faced day to day by our clients. Working in a hands-on role like this is suiting him perfectly, he's already an asset to the team and the CTI Group, working across projects.
