Ixis are recruiting for a Drupal Site Technician
Are you driven to learn and help people solve problems? Do you enjoy working with others? We are looking for a creative problem solver to join our Drupal support team. The role involves working with a large and diverse portfolio of Drupal clients helping us to deliver exceptional service.
You will be working directly with many of our clients, responding to support tickets and helping them with their web based issues. It's essential you are confident and skilled in working with people both face to face and over the phone, as this role is driven by problem solving, but the essence of it lies in customer service.
You will be smart, focused and determined with a proven ability to listen, read between the lines, and diagnose and solve problems efficiently. Key Skills and Role Requirements:
Excellent debugging skills and problem solving.
Knowledge of popular Drupal building tools and techniques.
Experience with source code control management for deploying updates.
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Good communication and people skills.
Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical people.
Teaching less technical people how to achieve their Drupal desires.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
The majority of your work will be carried out on-site in our office in Warrington, Cheshire, but there will occasionally be some travel involved for client meetings in London and anywhere in-between.
